    is that lines
    refresh_pattern -i \.(deb|rpm|exe|zip|tar|tgz|ram|rar|bin|ppt|doc|tiff|pdf|jar)\??(.*?)$ 43200 90% 129600 override-expire ignore-reload ignore-no-cache ignore-private

allow squid to cache those extensions or to block them ??
and with out that lines squid did not cache those extensions ??

it allows squid to cache them, without it, it will fallback to the last refresh_pattern “refresh_pattern . 0 20% 4320”
